And now, the hard-working staff can munch on one of their own products as Herbal Dispatch just launched its own brand, Chomp.
“We are excited to launch Chomp Edibles as our first dedicated brand in this high-growth category,” said CEO Philip Campbell in a news release. “Edibles — and gummies in particular — are rapidly becoming a dominant category in both medical and recreational markets.”
The initial Chomp lineup includes Grape, Cherry Coke, Cherry, Freshly Squeezed Orange and blueberry flavours. They’ll come as a 10-mg-THC single, five-mg-THC two-pack, and 10-mg-THC 10 and 20 master packs.
“The introduction of larger-format ‘master packs’ reflects recent regulatory changes,” the company explained.
Chomp Edibles are available through Herbal Dispatch’s medical and veteran platforms, and will be distributed nationwide.
The company has also just sold $350,000 worth of edibles to Australia.
“The export … reinforces Herbal Dispatch’s ability to deliver compliant, high-quality products into international markets. The customer for this shipment is a top three global cannabis company,” Herbal Dispatch said in another release.
“We are pleased to have successfully completed the first tranche of our export of premium cannabis gummies to Australia,” said Campbell.
Herbal Dispatch reports sales boost
Herbal Dispatch was enjoying boosts in revenues and sales even before the latest developments in edibles.
In a financial report covering the final quarter of 2025, the company reported gross sales, net revenue and the all-important EBITDA were all up compared to the final quarter of 2024.
“The increase was driven by higher sales volumes across both medical and recreational channels and continued growth within the company’s e-commerce platform,” the statement said.
For the three months ending Dec. 31, gross sales increased by 115% to $6.2 million compared to Q4 2024. Net revenue increased to $4.1 million from $2.3 million.
“The fourth quarter of 2025 marked a major step forward for Herbal Dispatch, as we delivered record quarterly gross sales and achieved positive adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization),” said Campbell. EBITDA was $100,000 compared to negative $600,000 in 2024’s final quarter.
For the entire year, gross sales were $16.5 million, up 37% from 2024. Net revenue was $12.1 million, up from $9.9 million, and EBITDA was minus $700,000, but that was better than 2024’s minus $1 million.
“We have now achieved double-digit growth for the third consecutive year, reflecting the strength of our platform, our customer relationships, and our ability to expand across both Canadian and international markets,” said the CEO.
In 2025, the company also raised $2.1 million through a private share placement. Shares started trading this year on the US OTCQB Venture Market with a ticker name LUFFF. Herbal Dispatch also trades as HERB on the Canadian Securities Exchange where its shares were going for 75 cents on May 1.
“Looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains on scaling profitably, expanding our recreational footprint, growing medical sales-particularly among veterans-and accelerating export growth into federally legal international markets,” said Campbell.
