Precision paying off for Glow with THC capsules

A medical cannabis manufacturer specializing in products that deliver precise doses continues to grow, its latest financial report reveals.

Q1 marked another milestone quarter for Glow (Lifetech), delivering record quarterly revenue with 35% year-over-year growth and 27% sequential growth, continued strong gross margins, and our strongest EBITDA performance to date, all while maintaining disciplined expense management as we scale,” said CEO Rob Carducci.

Growth has been “driven by expanding penetration with leading national retailers, successful entry into new provincial and medical channels and continued innovation across our product portfolio,” the report said.

Glow’s MOD and Decimal-brand products were added to the Mendo medical cannabis platform in the quarter. The company entered the Manitoba and New Brunswick markets while expanding its presence in Ontario to 140 more retail outlets.

New CBD drops went on the market in May and new .decimal Live Resin THC capsules are coming out in July.

“Glow has a groundbreaking, plant-based MyCell Technology delivery system, which transforms poorly absorbed natural compounds into enhanced water-compatible concentrates that unlock the full healing potential of the valuable compounds,” the company boasts.

Financial highlights:

— Record net revenue of $643,519 was a 35% increase over the same quarter a year ago, representing the highest quarterly revenue in company’s history.

— Gross profit of $413,259 was up  30% year-over-year.

— The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) loss was chopped by 90% to $6,971.

— The cash balance of $1,590,927 was up 44%.

“Glow enters the remainder of 2026 with a strengthened financial foundation, improving operating leverage, and expanding national distribution platform,” the report said.
