Hippie Headbanger by Magi Cannabis
Published on November 22, 2024 by David Wylie
Hippie Headbanger by Magi Cannabis feels like old school stuff from back in the day.
This particular smoke is often mentioned on weed forums when people visiting BC ask for a recommendation for local bud that’s a must try. I finally found some in a nearby store and couldn’t pass it up. I wasn’t disappointed.
The smell fills the room when you open the bag. It’s sweet, funky, and potent.
Magi says their weed is non-irradiated, which in my experience means more for the nose to enjoy.
The handful of buds in my eighth didn’t look perfect, but the 3.5-gram bag only cost $25—a bargain for a quality eighth when most craft products run $35-$40.
Still, they were nicely trimmed and they felt just right, springy and dank. They ground up beautifully and rolled up nicely.
The smoke was a treat. In the first few pulls, the taste transported me back to the old days, smooth and tasty.
It’s a good buzz, too.
The batch of Hippie Headbanger I tried was fresh, packaged less than a month before I bought it. It had 26.9% THC.
Overall, this is great stuff. In fact, I went out the next day and bought two more bags.
Highly recommend.
