Infused Poutine Sauce by 1964
Published on February 7, 2025 by David Wylie

There’s something magical about getting high on poutine.
Infused Poutine Sauce from 1964 is even better than expected, but it does take some effort on your part to put this edible over the top. For instance, poutine isn’t poutine without fries and cheese, so we picked up waffle fries and cheese curds.
The package contains a little plastic container, about the size and shape of a Keurig K-Cup. The powder smells beefy.
To make the gravy, you combine the powder with 3/4 cups of water. Cook it over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Simmer for about a minute until it thickens.
The sauce came together beautifully. It’s thick and clings deliciously to the fries and cheese.
This is a great novelty item. However, the cost for a 10mg edible does quickly add up: $9 for the infused gravy; $3 for the fries; and $7 for the cheese.
Still, I would eat this again.
