Mr. Puffer by Keef

Mr. Puffer, an addition to Keef’s Canadian lineup of infused cannabis pops, brings nostalgia to the category.

An homage to Dr. Pepper, Mr. Puffer has that familiar vanilla-spice taste. The drink doesn’t have quite as much bite as a Dr. Pepper, partly because it’s not as angrily carbonated.

Often cannabis drinks—even the dark coloured ones—have a cloudy look. That’s not the case with Mr. Puffer, which has a rich brown colour.

There is 10mg of THC in the can.

This is the first Keef drink I’ve had in a while. We’ve also tried Classic Cola, Orange Kush, and Bubba Kush. The packaging has changed since then. It used to come in chubbier cans. Now it come in taller thinner ones.

My only complaint is that it has an almost metallic aftertaste that lingers a little bit.

Mr. Puffer has 30 grams of sugar, actually on the lower end of cannabis-infused pops.

Overall, this is good but a little pricey at close to $7.

If you like Keef drinks, you’d also like Sweet Justice, which I think are just a little bit better.
