When the main selling point for your product is that it gets you twice as high much faster than others, you’d better deliver the experience.

Sonics by Edison, gummies that make these claims, are mediocre all around—including taste, effect, and onset. That’s what makes them particularly disappointing.

The package promises: “Nearly 2X higher | 50% faster.”

Subjectively speaking, we found this not to be true.

We tried the two different flavours, Kiwi Berry Burst (Sativa) and Red Raz Chiller (Indica).

Each bag contains two circular gummies, 5mg THC and 5 mg CBD each for a total of 10mg THC and 10mg CBD per bag.

They smell fine, if a little bit perfumy.

The taste isn’t anything special, generic candy with not much fruit flavour.

It takes about 10-15 minutes for them to start to take effect, about average for gummies. The effect feels similar to other products.

The producer, Organigram, says these gummies are nano-emulsion, powered by “FAST,” which stands for Fast Acting Soluble Technology.
