Don’t smoke them if you’ve got them.

Atlas Growers has recalled three lots of Zour Apples cannabis pre-rolls—lots P200027, P200044 and P210008.

The affected products were sold in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Yukon and to clients registered for medical purposes by Medical Cannabis by Shoppers Drug Mart.

About 11,300 of the products were sold between Dec. 1, 2020, and July 7, 2021.

“The affected product may contain yeast, mould and bacteria,” says Health Canada.

“In certain individuals, exposure to yeast, mould and bacteria can result in allergic symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny nose or nasal congestion, and watery eyes or itchy eyes.”

So far, neither Atlas Growers nor Health Canada have received any complaints related to the recalled lots, nor have they received any reports of adverse reactions.

“Consumers should immediately stop using this product,” says Health Canada.

“Consumers can return the product to the retailer where the product was purchased, or dispose of the product. Opened product should be disposed of safely and out of the reach of children and young persons.”
