Lemon, Honey & Ginger Chamomile Tea by Collective Project
Published on May 12, 2022 by Jenny Neufeld

The Lemon, Honey & Ginger Chamomile Sparkling Tea by Collective Project is a drink with a bit of an identity crisis.
It smells like an iced tea when you crack open the can. By the end I found that the combo of flavours and effervescence gives it a kombucha vibe, but it isn’t quite. The chamomile is distinctive accompanied by a rich sweetness from the honey. There were hints of lemon but I think the ginger got lost.
I appreciated that it wasn’t an overly sweet and sugary beverage. There are only six grams of sugars from honey in the 355ml can.
The balance of 3mg each of THC and CBD created an effect I found to be calm and enjoyable.
I am on the fence about whether I would repeat this purchase. From a health conscious standpoint I certainly would if I am looking for an infused beverage to enjoy on a hot summer day. However, with the flavour profile being a little muddled I can’t say it was my favourite.
