A classic case of overpromise and underdeliver, Blueberry Frost by Crowfoot Cannabis has got the frost but lacks the blueberry.

This release under BC Black was hyped up, with Reddit reviews and budtenders saying it smelled exactly like blueberry pancakes and syrup. As someone who loves pungent blueberry weed, I was ready to be blown away.

Instead I was underwhelmed. Mine had almost no smell at all—not even in the grinder.

It looked sparkly, with a large bud and some smaller ones to bump it to 3.5 grams.

The buds were on the dry side, but not crumbly.

Joints burned fast, with salt and pepper ash, without much flavour.

The high itself was relaxing. The label says 28.6% THC and 2.41% total terpenes, Limonene, Beta-Caryophyllene, and Myrcene. It’s a Hybrid.

It was packaged in April and I picked it up in June.

The grower is out of Salmon Arm, BC, and it’s packaged by Joint Venture Craft Cannabis.

Overall, Blueberry Frost was ho-hum.
